Why ME Exists

The truth no one was saying out loud.

For decades, women were given the same fitness advice as men. Same workouts. Same macros. Same protocols. The science was built on male subjects, the apps were built on male assumptions, and the results were never quite right — because they couldn't be.

Most health apps built their business on your data first and asked permission later — if at all. ME was built privacy-first from day one. We never had a phase where we collected your data to sell. That means we never had to stop, apologise, or add an "Anonymous Mode" patch.
